Baycrest recently closed on the purchase of an existing See’s Candies building and property on a pad fronting the Paradise Valley Mall in Phoenix, Arizona. See’s has two years remaining on its lease term and Baycrest plans to redevelop the asset once the tenant vacates the premises.
